Thermo Scientific PageRuler 高分子量未染色蛋白分子量标准是八 (8) 种未染色蛋白（60 至 250 kDa）的混合物，可用作蛋白电泳 (SDS-PAGE) 和蛋白免疫印迹中的分子量标准品。
PageRuler 高分子量未染色蛋白分子量标准的特点：
• 小范围— 8 种蛋白，分子量范围为 60 至 250 kDa
• 即用型—在上样缓冲液中提供，可直接上样至凝胶
• 明显条带—使用 Coomassie 或染色剂进行检测，具有出色的准确度
• 参比条带— 150 kDa 条带颜色较深，便于定向
• 标记—在分子量标准中的每个蛋白包含一个完整的 Strep-tag™ II 序列
• 经检测质量—各批次通过 SDS-PAGE 和 Western 印迹进行评价
当通过 SDS-PAGE 分析并用 Coomassie 染料或银染色时，此分子量标准中的蛋白分子量标准分解为可清晰识别的明显条带。150 kDa 条带颜色较深，可用作参比条带。蛋白可通过丽春红 S、Coomassie 或其他蛋白染色剂在 Western 印迹上检测。此外，分子量标准蛋白还包含一个完整的 Step-tag™ II 序列，可以通过 Strep-Tactin™ 偶联物在蛋白免疫印迹上检测到。PageRuler 高分子量未染色蛋白分子量标准为即用型产品：使用前无需加热、稀释或添加还原剂。
内含：
• 溶于 62.5 mM Tris-H3PO4（25°C 下 pH 值 7.5）的蛋白溶液（每种蛋白 0.02 至 0.05 mg/mL）、1 mM EDTA、2% SDS、100 mM DTT、1 mM NaN3、0.01% 溴酚蓝和 33% 甘油
应用：
• 在 SDS-聚丙xi酰胺凝胶和蛋白免疫印迹上精确测定蛋白大小。
