MagniSort™ 人 CD45 去除试剂盒旨在利用生物素化的抗人 CD45 抗体和链霉亲和素包被的磁珠，从人裂解的全血或外周血单核细胞中去除 CD45+ 细胞。CD45+细胞被抗体结合，然后是磁珠。当置于磁场中时，CD45-细胞可以通过倾析与CD45+细胞分离。
耗尽后，可以通过用抗人CD45染色来验证所选细胞的纯度，克隆2D1。
