CloneR™ 成份明确，不含血清，设计用于增加人ES细胞和iPS的克隆效率和单细胞存活率。CloneR™是10X的添加物，可添加于mTeSR™1或TeSR™-E8™ 中，显著性提高hPSC在低密度培养单克隆时的克隆效率及细胞胞存活率（适用于低密度克隆密度铺板（10cm板子中1-25细胞/cm2）和单细胞铺板（96孔板每孔一个细胞），尤其是针对采用CRISPR/Cas9技术进行基因编辑的客户（因为CRISPR/Cas9技术需要从hPSC单细胞生成克隆）。
