EasySep™人全血单核细胞直接分选试剂盒通过免疫磁珠负选方式从全血直接分选功能性、高纯度的 CD14+单核细胞。无需裂解，免疫密度梯度离心和其它步骤去除红细胞。分离的细胞直接用于下游应用，比如流式、功能检测、培养及其它。
优点：
- 99.9%红细胞去除，无需密度梯度离心，沉降和裂解；
- 分选后细胞纯度 92%以上；
- 操作简单、快速，无需分选柱；
- 分离后的细胞未经标记。
