EasySep™死细胞去除试剂盒设计通过负选，从细胞培养或者组织悬液中去除凋亡细胞(Annexin V+)。不需要的细胞被Annexin V、抗体和磁珠标记，通过EasySep™ 磁极无柱分选。被标记的细胞被吸附在管壁上，而需要的目的细胞被倒入一新试管。在凋亡过程中，Annexin V与细胞膜上的磷脂酰丝氨酸结合。

- 快速、操作简单、无需分选柱；
- 兼容EasySep™, "The Big Easy"和EasyEights™ 分选平台。
