EasySep™人全血和骨髓CD138正选试剂盒适用于从全血和骨髓中正选分离CD138+（syndecan-1）细胞。通过四聚体抗体复合物靶向CD138细胞和葡聚糖包被的磁珠。抗体混合物中还含有针对人Fc受体的抗体，以减少非特异性结合。使用EasySep™磁极分离标记的细胞，而不使用分选柱。感兴趣的细胞留在管中，而不需要的细胞倒出。CD138抗原在正常和恶性浆细胞（但不是成熟B细胞）上表达。
