产品活性：KIN1400 是一种有效的 IRF3 激活剂。KIN1400 可触发 IRF3 依赖性先天免疫抗病毒基因（RIG-I、MDA5、IFIT1 和 Mx1）和 IFN-β 表达。KIN1400 抑制 WNV 和 DV，这是 Flaviviridae 和 Flavivirus 属的两种蚊媒成员。KIN1400 还抑制 HCV 复制。 KIN1400 通过 MAVS-IRF3 轴诱导先天抗病毒免疫。

In Vitro: KIN1400 (0-20 μM, 20 h) induces the expression of the innate immune genes RIG-I (DDX58), IFIT1, and Mx1 in a dose-dependent fashion in PMA-differentiated THP-1 cells.
KIN1400 (0-20 μM, 24 h) suppresses WNV RNA levels is dose dependent in HEK293 cells, with 2 μM KIN1400 being sufficient to achieve a 50% or greater inhibition of WNV RNA levels.
