This assay employs the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Determine the level of Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) in the sample. Add standard and sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Anti-Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) antibody. After incubation, add Biotin-conjugated anti-Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) antibody. It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex, then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme, and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color, and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid. Finally, the absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450 nm. The concentration of Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) in the sample was proportional to the OD value. The concentration of Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve.

Specificity
This kit recognizes Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human STUB1(E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CHIP) and analogues was ob/served.
Three different concentrations of samples were detected 20 times on the same board and 20 times on different boards. Within the plate or between the plates, the coefficient of variation is <10%.
