人早期胸腺迁入CD4 T细胞分离试剂盒，用两步法从人PBMC中分离CD4 + CD45RA + CD31 +早期胸腺迁入细胞。
RTE是初始T细胞的亚群，其特征在于其TREC的含量。
CD31（血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1，PECAM-1）已被描述为鉴定初始CD4 + T细胞群中CD4 + RTE的标志物，因为其表达与CD4 + T细胞的TREC含量相关。 缺乏CD31表达的CD4 + T细胞缺少少或没有TRECs，这表明它们已经在外周增殖。
因此，通过从预富集的未经标记的初始CD4 + T细胞直接分离CD31 +细胞，可以实现CD4 + RTE的磁性分离。
