CD15 MACSiBead™试剂盒设计结合红细胞的裂解，通过去除CD15 +细胞来富集人全血中的淋巴细胞。 该试剂盒由CD15 MACSiBead磁珠和红细胞裂解液组成。
CD15 MACSiBead颗粒是直径约3.5um的超顺磁珠，与CD15抗体偶联。
使用MACSiMAG™分离器进行磁分离。
注意：MACSiBead磁珠不适合使用MACS分选柱和MiniMACS™，MidiMACS™，VarioMACS™，SuperMACS™或autoMACS®分离器进行分离。
应用领域
已开发出CD15 MACSiBead™试剂盒，耐受红细胞裂解且无需分离淋巴细胞亚群，直接于从人全血中快速富集未标记的淋巴细胞用于下游应用， 这些应用包括细胞计数，ELISA或ELISpot分析。
使用CD15 MACSiBead试剂盒富集淋巴细胞不需要事先进行密度梯度离心。该试剂盒还可用于通过密度梯度离心法制备的PBMC和冷冻保存以及保存的血液样本中有效清除CD15 +细胞。 因此，脱颗粒的CD15 +细胞的污染降至最低。还可以从新鲜血液样本中去除除CD15 +细胞。
组成成分：
▪ 2.5mL CD15 人MACSiBead颗粒：与单克隆抗人CD15抗体（同种型：小鼠IgM）偶联的MACSiBead颗粒（直径约3.5微米）
