本款产品是一种新型化合物，用之室温处理培养瓶30分钟，能够使原代或传代培养细胞的粘附贴壁能力显著增加，处理效果优于使用多聚赖氨酸和胶原蛋白，对绝大多细胞类型均有明显效 果，本产品无细胞毒性，不影响后续免疫荧光组化和酶学测定等实验，适用于各种原代细胞，如乳鼠脑神经元，易漂浮的传代细胞，如PC12和HEK293细胞，也适用于药物处理易漂浮细胞；不仅能够明显改善细胞生长状态、增加细胞数量，还可以使细胞容易耐受洗涤、换液、药物处理造成的脱落。对于生长在处理过的瓶皿中的细胞，使用细胞贴壁粘附剂可使细胞的转染效率显著增加2-5倍。 |
