文献和实验肉瘤MG-63细胞株和正常成人成骨细胞（hOB）基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）及其抑制因子（TIMPs）的作用和雌激素缺乏致骨质疏松的发病机制。方法：MMPs和TIMPs蛋白质表达用ELISA和Western Blot检测， mRNA用RT-PCR检测。MMPs活性用明胶酶谱法检测。结果：首次发现E2抑制人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞株MMP-1 mRNA和蛋白质表达，并且呈剂量依赖关系；10-8M E2抑制hOB MMP-1蛋白质表达；E2对人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞株MMP-2及TIMP-1 mRNA及蛋白
