Wild-type (WT) and p70 S6K (phospho Thr421/Ser424) knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p70 S6K (phospho Thr421/Ser424) antibody [HL129] (GTX635621) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
p70 S6K (phospho Thr421/Ser424) antibody [HL5] detects p70 S6K (phospho Thr421/Ser424) protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis in the presence of control peptide (left) or antigen-specific peptide (right).
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse intestine.

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
