PRRS Virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody detects PRRS Virus Nucleocapsid protein protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: PRRS Virus Nucleocapsid protein stained by PRRS Virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody (GTX135351) diluted at 1:500.
Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PRRS Virus Nucleocapsid protein antibody (GTX135351) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
