    人尿道上皮细胞说明:
           人尿道上皮细胞排列在膀胱表面,它是由高可塑性和具有多种功能特殊类型的细胞组成。它们是膀胱防御系统的第一层,做为与病原体的接触面,它们具有多种防御机制来阻止病原体粘着,保持泌尿器溶解物的不渗透性。膀胱上皮细胞表达雌激素α、β受体,上皮生长因子受体和纤维母细胞生长因子受体,在损伤和感染时,这些受体对膀胱上皮细胞起着重要作用。它们还能释放许多细胞因子、免疫系统介质,这些新被认知的具有免疫调节潜在能力的尿道上皮细胞保证了最近两项发展的进一步研究:1)在实验室中培养正常膀胱上皮细胞的能力,2)免疫调节信号系统如何通过信号转导使尿道上皮细胞产生生物学功能。 人尿道上皮细胞(HUC)提取于人膀胱组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105 cells/ml,此细胞通过对Cytokeratin-18, -19 和Vimentin免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增 推荐培养基: 尿道上皮细胞培养基(UCM, Cat.
