储备液的制备
除非另有说明，否则所有未使用的储备溶液应分成一次性等分试样，并在制备后储存在-20°C。避免反复冻融循环。
1. MitoROS 580 储备溶液 （1000X）将 13 μL DMSO 加入 MitoROS™™ 580 小瓶中并充分混合。
注意：未使用的储备溶液可以储存在-20oC.避光。
工作溶液的制备
MitoROS™ 580工作溶液（2X）：
将DMSO储备溶液稀释到具有20 mM Hepes缓冲液（HHBS）的Hanks溶液中，制成2X工作溶液。注意：2X MitoROS™ 580工作溶液不稳定，请及时使用。

- 轻轻洗涤细胞三次，然后用HHBS缓冲液代替。
- 使用适当的荧光仪器（例如荧光显微镜，流式细胞仪）分析细胞，Ex / Em = 510 / 580 nm。
