For living cultures, ATCC lists the media formulation and reagents that have been found to be effective for the product. While other unspecified media and reagents may also produce satisfactory results, a change in the ATCC and/or depositor-recommended protocols may affect the recovery, growth, and/or function of the product. If an alternative medium formulation or reagent is used, the ATCC warranty for viability is no longer valid. 文献和实验12，不过是两天传代一次，，这个属于贴壁不太牢的细胞，可以直接吹打，我没有用离心处理，也未用多聚赖氨酸处理，长得很好，比较好养 丁香园pang1983223的观点： 1.复苏后第二天要换新的培养基，不然DMSo会在几代以后使细胞分化 2.培养基中一定要加HS，10%，ATCC为15% ，马血清有封闭PC12细胞分化位点的作用！ 3.冻存的时候应该按照ATCc的配方，即15%ＨＳ，２．５％ＦＢＳ，得高糖ＤＭＥＭ，加５％的ＤＭＳＯ来冻存，否则传数代后易分化！
