产品活性：Resazurin (Diazoresorcinol) 是一种水溶性的、无毒的、稳定的膜渗透性蓝色非荧光染料 (有微弱的荧光)。Resazurin 作为氧化还原指示剂，在活细胞中能被还原成粉色的具有高度荧光的 Resorufin (Ex=530-560 nm, Em=590 nm)，从而用于细胞 (人、动植物、细菌和真菌) 活力、毒性、增殖、迁移和侵袭的检测。

In Vitro: Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
Cell viability:
1. Defrost the Resazurin solution in a 37°C water bath.
2. Place the cells on a 96-well plate, and washed by PBS (avoid light).
3. Remove the PBS wash, then add 500 μL (1μg/mL) of Resazurin solution.
4. Place the plate, in the incubator for 30 min (incubation time depends on cell type and cell number).
5. Measure Resorufin fluorescence (Ex=530-560 nm, Em=590 nm) using a microplate reader.
