生化/生理作用
Raffinose is a galactosyl-glucosyl-fructosyl trisaccharide, which belongs to the family of oligosaccharides. It is hydrolyzed to D-galactose and sucrose by D-galactosidase.[4] Raffinose is extracted from beet sugar molasses, cottonseed meal and seeds of food legumes. It has cell proliferative and anti-oxidative properties. Raffinose improves immune response and also has healing property.
