Surzebiclimab

产品活性：Surzebiclimab (BGB-A425) 是一种人源化 IgG1 变体单克隆抗体，抗 T 细胞免疫球蛋白和含粘蛋白结构域 3 (TIM-3)。Surzebiclimab 与人 Tim-3 细胞外结构域结合具有较高的亲和力 (KD=0.36 nM) 和特异性。Surzebiclimab 可用于癌症研究。
作用靶点：Mucin
In Vitro: Surzebiclimab (BGB-A425; 0.1-100 μg/mL) efficiently blocks the interactions between Tim-3 and PtdSer. Surzebiclimab enhances IFN-γ production of primary T cells and NK-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
Surzebiclimab augments T-cell response to allogeneic antigens either alone or in combination with an anti-PD-1 antibody BGB-A317. Surzebiclimab can also induce the internalization of Tim-3 receptor on cell surface.
In Vivo: Surzebiclimab (BGB-A425) in combination with BGB-A317 inhibits tumor growth in a mouse xenograft cancer model.
