Gentamicin C1a (2 mM, 48 h) has no effect on viability of OC-k3 cell.
In Vivo: Gentamicin C1a (4 mg/kg, intravenous bolus dose, single) shows a mean residence time of 84 min, CL value of 1.81 mL/min/kg in beagles.
