PM5100 3色预染蛋白质分子量标准品高范围是一种即用型三色蛋白质标准品，含有14种预染色蛋白质，涵盖Tris-甘氨酸缓冲液中10至245 kDa的分子量范围（Bis-Tris（MOPS）缓冲液中为9至235 kDa，双三（MES）缓冲液中为10至235 kDa）。蛋白质与不同的发色团共价偶联，以便于鉴定条带，三种参比蛋白质携带增强的强度，分别对应于20 kDa处的蓝色条带，40 kDa处的绿色条带和75 kDa处的红色条带，在SDS-PAGE（Tris-甘氨酸缓冲液）上分离。PM5100 3色预染高系列蛋白分子量标准品设计用于监测SDS凝胶电泳过程中的蛋白质分离，验证膜（PVDF、尼龙或硝化纤维素）上的蛋白质免疫印迹转印效率，以及近似蛋白质的大小。

内容
缓冲液中每种蛋白质约0.1~0.4mg/ml（20mM磷酸三酯（pH 7.5），2%SDS，0.2mM DTT，3.6M尿素和15%（v / v）甘油）。

在建议的条件下，PM5100 ExcelBand™ 3色预染蛋白分子量标准品可在14% SDS-PAGE（Tris-甘氨酸缓冲液）中分离15条主要条带，并在蛋白质印迹后分离至硝酸纤维素膜。
