Part 01 Signata CT-5 功能原理介绍
Signata CT-5系统通过利用一系列蠕动泵和电机马达驱动的流体控制阀使灌装制剂流体通过CT-5 耗材组件实现灌装流程。CT-5 系统为用户提供利用工艺开发过程中所需的兼顾客户定制化和自动化的灵活体系,同时还提供执行最终优化的GMP制造过程所需的控制和一致性的优势。

Signata CT-5系统使用一次性管路作为中心集线器,在用户提供的源之间将流体输送到Signata混合应用模块和/或Signata输出容器。Signata一次性管路有四个入口;如果没有使用混合应用模块,则最多可以使用四个源,如果使用混合应用模块,则最多可以使用三个源。
Part 02 Signata CT-5 无菌性和密闭性灌装操作流程
1、启动Prime
CT-5 将流体驱动到灌装系统中的流体传感器,以确认整个管路的流通性,为后续稳定灌装做准备。
2、制剂操作
CT-5 将流体从母液袋输送到Signata 制剂混合模块。
3、灌装操作
CT-5 将流体从用户提供的母液袋或制剂模块输出灌装到每个输出容器。
4、清洗操作
CT-5 灌装系统的管路中流体的回抽清除,确保管路残留Zui低以及后续灌装的流畅性。
5、空气管理
CT-5 添加无菌空气或从输出容器中排除空气。通过操作泵的控制要启动/停止泵来添加或去除空气。
Part 03 Signata CT-5 灌装系统批次记录和报告——支持用户审计追踪流程如下
用户可从CT-5 软件的reports 选项卡中去进行查看、管理和导出系统生成的报表。CT-5 软件生成的数据以三种不同的报告类型捕获:事件日志、灌装批次处理报告和Protocol 报告。报告文件在内的所有数据都直接存储在CT-5 系统中,表文件可以在UI 界面中单独导出。
