概述
LightCycler® 480 多孔板 96，透明，是半裙边透明聚**反应装置，配有条形码标签。其尺寸（内孔/外孔几何形状）和材料旨在使用光循环仪 480 仪器（96 孔）和 LightCycler®® 96 仪器（反应体积为 10 至 50 μl）实现优化的测定条件。
应用
LightCycler 480 多孔板 96，透明，用于 LightCycler®® 480 仪器（96 孔版本）上的 SYBR Green I 和基于水解探针的测定。不建议将其用于基于FRET（HybProbe）探头或高分辨率熔化的应用。
注意：Clear LightCycler 480 多孔板只能与安装了 LightCycler 480 软件版本 1.5 的 LightCycler®®® 480 仪器一起使用。
