描述:Surfen dihydrochloride (Aminoquinuride dihydrochloride) is a potent small molecule antagonist of heparin sulphate with antimicrobial and antiviral activity and inhibits anthrax lethal factor, coagulation factor X and lethal factor.Surfen dihydrochloride inhibits the anticoagulant activity of normal and low molecular weight heparin. Surfen dihydrochloride inhibits the anticoagulant activity of normal heparin and low molecular weight heparin, inhibits heparin sulphation and heparin cleaving enzyme degradation.Surfen dihydrochloridn inhibits the blockade of acetylheparin sulphate-mediated FGF2 binding and signalling.Surfen inhibits the enhancement of SEVI- and semen-mediated HIV type 1 infections.
