产品描述: 产品名称:RIPA裂解液(强) 描述: RIPA 裂解液(RIPA Lysis Buffer),本意为 Radio Immunoprecipitation Assay,是一种传统的细胞组织快速裂解液,对组织和细胞都有较好的裂解作用。RIPA 的配方有很多种,根据其裂解强度的不同,大致可分为强、 中、弱三类,应用上会有一些差异。 本品为裂解性较强的 1×RIPA 裂解液,主要成分为 50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4),150mM NaCl,1% Triton X-100,1% 脱氧胆酸钠,0.1% SDS,以及正钒酸钠,,EDTA 和抑肽酶等多种抑制剂,可广谱且有效抑制蛋白 降解,经本品裂解所得的蛋白样品,适用于蛋白免疫印迹(Western Blot),免疫沉淀(IP),和免疫共沉淀(Co-IP)等实验。经本品裂解收集的蛋白样品,可使用增强型 BCA 蛋白浓度测定试剂盒 测定总蛋白浓度。由于本品含有较高浓度的去垢剂,不适合用 Bradford 法来测定总蛋白浓度。 产品组分:
