描述：

头孢磺啶（Cefsulodin），也称为磺吡芐头孢菌素，头孢磺吡芐，头孢磺吡酮，属于第三代头孢菌素抗生素，通过抑制肽聚糖PBP交联来抑制细胞壁合成，从而起到杀菌作用。高特异性作用绿脓杆菌，但对其他革兰氏阴性菌无明显活性，对其他革兰氏阳性菌和厌氧菌呈极其有限的活性。头孢磺啶钠通常用于CIN琼脂培养基以分离耶尔森氏微生物。作为大鼠Oatp1a4的底物之一，可用来研究多药耐药相关蛋白4（MRP4）在前列腺素E2外流转运穿过小鼠血脑屏障上发挥的作用。还可用来研究PBP1和其他青霉素结合蛋白（PBPs）的表达，结合和抑制对细菌细胞壁粘蛋白合成的效应。本品为钠盐形式的头孢磺啶。

体外研究：

Cefsulodin is a third generation β-lactam cephalosporin antibiotic, as a novel pTyr pharmacophore for mPTPB. Cefsulodin has also been found to exhibit inhibitory activity against SHP2 and PTP1B.

体内研究：Cefsulodin shows maximum plasma and tissue levels 15-30 minutes after administration of a single dose of 20 mg/kg. In mice, the renal level of cefsulodin is slightly lower than the plasma level, and in rats and dogs, the renal level of cefsulodin is higher than the plasma level. The concentration of cefsulodin in the lung is relatively high in rats and dogs. On the other hand, the hepatic level is very low in all test animal species. The main route of excretion of cefsulodin is the urinary tract. About 80% of cefsulodin is excreted into the urine.
