操作注意事项
试剂盒保存在2-8℃，使用前室温平衡60分钟。从冰箱取出的浓缩洗涤液会有结晶，这属于正常现象，水浴加热使结晶完全溶解后再使用。样本在使用前也要在室温平衡60分钟。
实验中不用的板条应立即放回自封袋中，密封（低温干燥）保存。
预处理后的样本无需稀释，直接取10μL加样即可。
严格按照说明书中标明的时间、加液量及顺序进行温育操作。
所有液体组分使用前充分摇匀。

文献和实验钠-钾ATP酶 Na 、K stimulated ATPase
存在于细胞膜中，是对钠和钾两种离子能进行交换的主动运输的酶。1957年由 J． C． Skou所发现。除猫、狗等的红细胞膜等少数例外，在动物细膜中都存在。细菌中虽也有报道，但实例很少，至于在植物是否存在，尚未确定。除 Mg 外，只在 Na 、 K 同时存在时才具有活性，在分解 ATP同时，酶分子发生变构（构象变化），使所结合的 Na 和 K 分别从细胞膜内转移到细胞膜外，或从细胞膜外转移到细胞膜内。
