描述：
本试剂盒采用稳定高效的反转录预混体系 5×GoldenRT MasterMix 进行 RNA 的反转录反应，使用时只需加入模板、引物和 RNase Free H2O 即可，大大简化了操作过程、提高了效率、减少了操作过程中的人为误差。MasterMix 中添加了 HL dsDNase（热敏双链特异性核酸酶），该双链特异性核酸酶（又名 gDNA Remover）可在反转录的过程中，直接降解去除 RNA 中残留的基因组 DNA 污染(可去除100ng 基因组 DNA)，从而在定量 PCR 的检测中无需考虑基因组污染的干扰，设计的定量 PCR 引物也无需进行横跨外显子。
该试剂盒尤其适用于定量 PCR 检测。该预混体系包含点突变致 RNase H 活性缺失的Golden MLV Reverse Transcriptase 反转录酶、dNTP、反应 Buffer、HL dsDNase 和 RNase Inhibitor。该试剂盒采用的反转录酶去除了 RNase H 活性，从而避免反转录过程中降解 RNA。同时经过突变文库筛选，使得其热稳定性更强，可耐受 55℃高温反应。相比于低温条件下反转录反应，采用高温反转录可显著打开 RNA 二级结构，从而提高复杂 RNA模板的扩增性能、提高反转录 cDNA 的长度和产量，从而提高后续检测的灵敏度。合成的链 cDNA 可广泛用于 2ndStrand 的合成、杂交、PCR 扩增、Real-Time PCR 反应等。
应用：（1）该制品可有效反转录 mRNA、tRNA、LncRNA、ncRNA（2）该制品不可反转录 microRNA、病毒 DNA/RNA 样品
储存：请置于-20°C，可保存 3 年；避免反复冻融。
注：如 5×Golden RT MasterMix (with dsDNase)出现沉淀属正常现象，可用手捂化，混合均匀后使用不影响实验结果。
