Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus nsp3 antibody [HL1502] (GTX636976) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
