泛素结合酶H3 (UbcH3)，也被称为Cell Division Cycle 34 (Cdc34)，是泛素结合酶(E2)家族的成员。UbcH3的预测分子量为26 kDa。人类蛋白与小鼠和大鼠同源蛋白有98%的氨基酸(aa)序列同源性。除了E2催化核心结构域外，UbcH3还有两个泛素结合位点UBS1(来自aa 205-215)和UBS2(来自aa 216-225)，以及一个c端酸性尾部结构域。在人类细胞中，UbcH3是有效的细胞周期进程所必需的。UbcH3与SCF(Fbw7)和SCF(Skp2)泛素连接酶(e3)相互作用，分别靶向关键的细胞周期蛋白Myc和p27/Kip1进行泛素化和降解。
