Deparaffinization Solution适用于在DNA或RNA纯化前，对福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋样本进行脱腊处理。将其加入FFPE样本，溶液浸泡样本，进行蛋白酶K消化。加入Deparaffinization Solution后，无需沉淀FFPE样本，也无需去除含有石蜡的悬浮液。QIAGEN的Deparaffinization Solution无臭无味，可通过蓝色示踪染料便利的观察。Deparaffinization Solution包含于EpiTect Plus Bisulfite Kit中，也可配合QIAamp DNA FFPE Tissue Kit、RNeasy FFPE Kit、miRNeasy FFPE Kit、QIAsymphony RNA Kit和QIAsymphony DNA Mini Kit使用。
