27-O-(tert-Butyldimethylsilyl)withaferin A (48 hours) shows antiproliferative activity against HeLa, A-549, MCF-7, and Vero cells with IC50 values of 0.9 μM, 1.5 μM, 0.7 μM, and 0.7 μM, respectively.
