产品描述：重组人表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)由哺乳动物细胞表达，在n端融合10xhis标签，在c端融合myc标签。它含有人类EGFR蛋白25-645个氨基酸残基。其蛋白长度覆盖了EGFR蛋白的胞外结构域。SDS-PAGE检测该蛋白纯度大于90%。LAL法测定重组EGFR蛋白内毒素含量小于1.0 EU/ug。重要的是，它已经被验证为活动的。在功能性ELISA中，这种EGFR蛋白可以分别与抗EGFR抗体和西妥昔单抗结合。EC50分别为2.867-3.571 ng/ml和0.6919-1.047 ng/ml。在LSPR实验中，COOH芯片捕获的人表皮生长因子可以与该EGFR蛋白结合，亲和力常数为11.9 nM。现在有现货。

EGFR是一种酪氨酸激酶受体，可磷酸化大量细胞内底物，激活导致细胞生长、DNA合成和癌基因(如Fos和jun)表达的通路。它在生理条件下调节上皮组织发育和内稳态，但在病理环境下驱动肿瘤发生。尤其是肺癌和乳腺癌。EGFR已被确定为实体肿瘤中最常改变的癌基因之一。
