In Vitro: Aldicarb sulfoxide (10 μg/ml; 24 h) decreases the glutathione (GSH) concentration in CHO-K1 cells by 13.34%.
Aldicarb sulfoxide (10 μg/ml; 24 h) increases glutathione reductase (GR) activity in CHO-K1 cells by 101%.
Aldicarb sulfoxide (10 μg/ml; 24 h) increases glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity increased in CHO-K1 cells by 32%.
Aldicarb sulfoxide (0.2-300 μM, 48 h) induces the increase of heart rate at low and decrease at higher concentration in zebrafish embryos.
