描述:Blebbistatin ((±)-Blebbistatin) is a selective non-muscle myosin II (NMII) inhibitor. It promotes directional migration of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) and accelerates wound healing. Furthermore it preserves cell junctional integrity and barrier function.Blebbistatin is an inhibitor of MYH9.
