产品描述：
本试剂盒采用特殊处理的硅胶膜和高效的溶胶体系，可简单、快速地从TAE或TBE琼脂糖凝胶中回收长度为50bp-15kb的高质量DNA片段。特殊处理的硅胶膜可以选择性地特异吸附高达8μg的DNA片段，但不吸附酶、矿物油和其它杂质，最后DNA片段可用Elution Buffer从Gel Recovery Column柱洗脱下来。回收率高达50-80%，回收的DNA片段可用于各种常规实验，例如酶切、连接、转化、PCR模板、测序和文库构建等。
使用建议：
如果所提质粒为低拷贝质粒或大10kb的大质粒，应加大菌体使用量，使用5～10ml过夜培养物，同时按照比例增加P1、P2、P3的用量，洗脱缓冲液EB应在65～70℃水浴预热，在吸附和洗脱时可以适当的延长时间，以增加提取效率。其它步骤相同。
注意事项：
1. 回收长片段DNA或短片段时应适当增加待回收DNA样品量
2. 对于50bp-100bp之间的片段，可添加异丙醇增加小片段的回收率。
保存温度：
该试剂盒在室温条件下，可保存12个月，更长时间保存可置于4℃。 若溶液产生沉淀，可在室温下放置一段时间，或在37℃水浴中预热10min，以溶解沉淀。
