Milenia GenLine HybriDetect 试剂盒是一种简单，全新的核酸扩增快速检测方法，适用于任何PCR和恒温扩增的扩增产物快速检测。只需要在设计扩增时，设计一条FITC标记的探针，和生物素标记的引物便可使用该产品快速检测核酸扩增产物。
Milenia GenLine HybriDetect 试剂盒具有高灵敏度、高特异性的特点，而且不需要特殊的试剂和仪器设备，因此可建立起方便快捷的新型检测手段和检测体系，有助于您提升科研技术、扩大科研成果、拓展研究领域。
工作原理
Milenia GenLine HybriDetect 检测方法是结合了免疫技术、分子杂交技术、胶体金标记技术及侧向流层析技术的核酸快速检测试剂盒。其原理为生物素标记的PCR产物与FITC标记的特异探针杂交、FITC标记的特异探针与抗FITC抗体的金标物结合后，将该免疫复合物滴加到试纸条上，免疫复合物通过层析膜扩散，扩散到检测线时，生物素标记的扩增产物被生物素配体捕获，形成具有颜色的检测线。不被捕获的免疫复合物继续扩散到质控线被特异性抗体所捕获，形成具有颜色的质控线。
