In order to circumvent the limitations of currently used cell models, Evercyte has focused on the establishment of continuously growing cell lines that show functions of the corresponding primary cells. Additionally, reprogramming and gene editing methods are applied to provide our customers with cells that cover their needs.

Relevant in vitro test systems and extracellular vesicles
Evercyte has put a focus on isolation of mesenchymal stem cells from different tissues and establishment of production systems for extracellular vesicles, recombinant vesicles. Moreover, Evercyte aims to set up preclinical test systems that represent the human body and allow e.g. toxicity studies, potency assays or drug testings (e.g. senolytic drug testing).
