可用于研究蛋白质组学、同位素标记、细胞信号传导和报告基因分析等。
【使用方法】
血清从冰冻区中取出后（切勿直接将血清从-20℃进入37℃解冻，这样因温度改变太大，容易造成蛋白质凝集而出现沉淀），置于2℃～8℃中使之融化，解冻过程中间歇地轻轻摇晃均匀，待全部溶解后再分装或直接使用。完全融解的血清从4℃拿出，按要求比例（5%-20%）加基础培养基配置成完全培养基，建议其置于4℃冰箱存放并于1-2周内用完。
