Fast Probe Master Mix is designed for fluorescent probe-based PCR applications. It is compatible with probes such as a TaqMan®, BHQ®, and Molecular Beacon. However for most PCR applications we recommend the Forget-Me-Not™ Universal Probe Master Mix, for superior activity.
