Cell Stem Cell｜子宫内膜类器官“模拟月经周期”，揭示无瘢痕再生新机制
增殖和分泌期分化；随后撤去激素，并通过机械性破碎模拟月经期组织脱落，最后重新加入雌激素观察类器官再生。 结果显示，类器官在 IVMC 过程中出现分泌细胞标志 SCGB2A2、纤毛细胞标志 FOXJ1 和增殖标志 MKI67 的动态变化；转录组分析也显示，不同时间点的类器官呈现不同表达状态。破碎后 24 小时，类器官中与损伤修复和再生相关的基因明显变化。PLAUR 免疫组化结果显示，破碎后再生阶段的类器官能够模拟月经期内膜上皮的部分应答特征。 整体来看，IVMC 模型可以在体外连续模拟子宫
