Purity: Greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE,Coomassie Blue Stain（提取的肠毒素蛋白）

Photometric: 260 nm/280 nm Absorbance ratio =0.569

Serological: 10 ug / ml solution showed lines of identity with 10 ug SEA/ ml standardwhen tested with anti SEA in double immunodiffuision assay. No crossreactivity was observed when tested at 100 ug / ml with anti SEB, SEC, SEDSEE and TSST (sensitivity approximately 5 ug / ml).

Solubility: After lyophilization, the SEA was re-dissolved to a l mg/ ml usingdeionized water, This solution was clear within one minute.

Storage: At -20℃, 1 mg/mlsolution is stable for at least one year

        At 4℃, 1 mg/ml solution is stable for two weeks

        In lyophilized, desiccated form, stable at least 5 years.
