中国人民解放军 307 医院造血干细胞移植科主任，全军造血干细胞研究所所长，军事医学科学院细胞与基因治疗中心主任，造血干细胞治疗与转化研究北京市重点实验主任。

从事造血干细胞移植、骨髓移植和细胞免疫治疗的临床及实验研究 30 余年，曾赴法国巴黎第六大学居里医学院学习 2 年。专攻白血病、再障等疾病的造血干细胞移植以及肿瘤的免疫治疗，带领全科成功地开展了 3600 余例各类造血干细胞移植和 2000 余例的肿瘤细胞免疫治疗，在该领域达到了全国领先水平。

Professor Chen has more than 30 years of experience in clinical and experimental research of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation , bone marrow transplantation, and immune cell therapy. He studied in the 6th University Curie School of Medicine in Paris, France for 2 years. His research focuses on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy of leukemia, aplastic anemia and other diseases and is in the leading position in China.  His team has successfully carried out 3600 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and more than 2000 cases in immune cell therapy to treat cancer.
