Source :
Rabbits
Formulation :
A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.
Stability :
The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -200 C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-80 C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -200 C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
Biological Activity :
Normal rabbit IgG should be used in immunoassays at the same concentration as the specific rabbit polyclonal antibody. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentration.
