Source :
Mice
Formulation :
A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.
Stability :
The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20o C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least six weeks at 2-8o C or for at least six months at -20o C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
Applications :
Neutralization
Data Not Available.
Elisa
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant human NAP-2 when used with 's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human NAP-2 (500-P03Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 µg/ml.
Western Blot
To detect hNAP-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hNAP-2 is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
