AMP-kinase activity was evaluated in the supernatant, according to the protocol provided with the ELISA kit [antibodies produced by Sangon Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.]. The results were quantified by a microplate reader, and activity was calculated following the formula provided in the protocol.
