N-2 Supplement(100x) is recommend for growth and expression of neuroblastomas as well as post-mitotic neurons in primary cultures from peripheral nervous system (PNS) and the central nervous system (CNS) . N-2 Supplement can either be used with Neurocell media or used with DMEM supplement with growth factors such as bFGF and EGF.
