This high affinity anti-HA antibody is developed using HA peptide (YPYDVPDYA) conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the HA peptide. The antibody is useful for detection, isolation and localization of the HA-tag proteins.
Western-blot analysis of the HA-tag protein (50 kd) expressed cell lysate and affinity enriched by IP, with HA-tag antibody, HRP conjugates (ICP0751) 1: Molecular marker 2: 10 uL of HA-tag protein in lysate (original cell lysate) 3: 10 uL of His-tag protein in lysate (after IP depletion) 4: 10 uL of the HA-tag protein in 100 uL of the eluting buffer enriched with 25 ug of the anti-His tag (ICP0750) from 2 mL of the original lysate.
Western blot analysis of the cell extract with expression of HA-tag proteins (B-F) and without expression of HA (A).
