AllCells’ adipose-derived stem cells (ASC) are isolated from the stromal vascular fraction of lipoaspirates (obtained by conventional vacuum-assisted or ultrasound –assisted liposuction methods) through culturing on plastic. ASCs are cultured up to third passage, harvested, and characterized. They can be identified by means of fluorescence-activated cell sorting, as they have several specific surface markers: CD73+, CD90+, CD105+, CD45–, CD34–, D14 or CD11b, CD79– or CD19–, and HLA-DR6. Fresh cells, stromal vascular fraction, and lipoaspirates are available upon request.
